Street to Home Annual Report 2011/12

This report presents information about people contacted by outreach teams and arriving at or
leaving short-term accommodation for homeless adults in London in 2011/12. Information is
from the 'Combined Homelessness and Information Network' (CHAIN), a database commissioned
and funded by the Greater London Authority (GLA) and managed by Broadway.
