Making Work, Work

Report on barriers for homeless people gaining and sustaining work. Makes recommendations for government, businesses and homelessness agencies: to provide back to work and in-work support, pre-work financial planning, in-work affordable accommodation and financial incentives, and a 'settling in' category allowing for the suspension but not closure of benefits claims. Also proposes the establishment of a pilot project to test the efficacy of the recommendations.
