Happiness Matters: Homeless People's Views about Breaking the Link between Homelessness and Mental Ill Health

Research report on the role mental health problems can play in causing homelessness, and how homelessness impacts on mental health. Based on interviews with homeless people by St Mungo's residents, many of whom themselves had a history of rough sleeping and mental illness. Range of recommendations, including the need for greater awareness within front line services that their clients are likely to have a range of mental health problems, and more availability of 'talking therapies'.
