Series of briefing papers on different elements of the framework for the monitoring and review of Supporting People (SP) services. First paper provides an introduction to the framework, others include information on Quality Assessment Framework, Provider Accreditation Process, Protection from Abuse, Fair Access, Diversity and Inclusion, and Complaints.
