Gaining Experience, Giving Time: Homeless People and Volunteering

Report on the benefits of volunteering for homeless people and how organisations can improve their management of volunteers who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Looks at motivation, recruitment, choosing roles, volunteer management and making volunteering accessible and sustainable. Considers the benefits of volunteering, particularly with regard to employability. Concludes with some recommendations.
