A good practice guide, produced in partnership with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (OPDM) and the Department of Health (DoH), that provides a framework for improving services for care leavers. Chapters include: improving preparation for leaving care; providing an appropriate range of accommodation; accessing education, training and employment; improving the participation of care leavers, and providing clear information.
