Home and Dry? Homelessness and Substance Use

A report, based on interviews with 389 homeless people and service providers in London, examining the links between homelessness and substance use. Its recommendations include: more government resources to tackle the issue, development of additional drug services to target homeless people, and identification and referral of homeless substance users to the appropriate services.
