Opening Doors: Helping People on Low Incomes Secure Private Rented Accommodation

As reliance on private rented accommodation expands, people on low incomes increasingly need help to access it. This study provides an evaluation of schemes giving help with deposits and rent in advance, and with finding reasonable quality accommodation let by landlords willing to have tenants on housing benefit. The views of providers, clients and landlords are also examined.
