Resettlement

Resettlement is the process of helping homeless people successfully make the transition from hostels to living independently in their own accommodation. Some agencies specialise in providing resettlement support which often includes personal and practical support, advocacy and assistance to ensure that homeless people find and keep a suitable home. Some hostels have their own Move-on accommodation.
